The Hollywood 48-Hour Miracle Diet is a diet which consists of one large bottle of juice. This bottle of juice is all you are allowed to consume for the next 48 hours! The juice is fortified with vitamins and minerals in order to help you maintain some energy while you are on what is essentially a juice fast. It is billed as a “detoxifying” and “cleansing” diet which can help you lose weight. In fact, the label says you can lose up to 5 pounds in 24 hours and 10 pounds in 48 hours.

Most people on this diet say that it does work, but since it is essentially a starvation diet, you won’t want to stay on it for longer than the recommended 48-hour plan. The creators of the Hollywood Diet recommend using their “Daily Miracle Diet” Drink Mix as a meal replacement after the initial juice fast phase. This, they say, will help you maintain your initial weight loss and lose weight continually after you begin eating normally again.
