Don Lemmon's Weight Loss Program

Don Lemmon’s weight loss program, called “KNOW HOW,” has been popular for over 10 years now. His first book, called “Exercise and Nutrition: The Truth,” details the weight loss secrets he has been dispensing for years as a trainer and nutritionist to the Hollywood elite. His plan includes menus, recipes and workout advice to help people lose weight and speed up their metabolism more than they ever have. Actors and actresses turn to him when they have to lose weight quickly, but he will be the first person to tell you that “KNOW HOW” is not a crash diet. He simply tells you what you need to know, so you can eat more, exercise the right way and experience results quickly.

Lemmon is not a believer in meal replacement shakes or “quick fix” diet pills. He believes that doing the right kind of exercises while combining your foods the right way (which he calls “Food Separation”) produces incredible results. Lemmon breaks down the old “four food groups” into twelve, so people never have any question about which foods they should and shouldn’t be eating.
