Cleveland 3-Day Diet

The Cleveland Clinic 3-Day Diet is a weight loss program that aims to heal a person in a natural way by eliminating mucus and toxins from the body. It has also been known to lower blood pressure and help people to lose weight in a healthier way.

Day one of the diet is a breakfast of half a grapefruit, a slice of dry toast, and two tablespoons of peanut butter. Lunch is ½ cup of tuna canned in water, not oil, and a slice of dry toast. Dinner consists of two slices of meat, a cup of green beans, a cup of red beets, a small apple, and a ½ cup of vanilla ice cream.

The second day of the diet starts off with one egg, a slice of dry toast, and half of a banana. ½ cup of tuna or a cup of cottage cheese and five saltine crackers make up lunch. Dinner is two hot dogs, a cup of broccoli, ½ cup of carrots, a banana, and ½ cup of vanilla ice cream.

The final day of the diet begins with a breakfast of five saltine crackers, one slice of cheddar cheese, a banana, and a small apple. Lunch is a hard boiled egg and a slice of dry toast. The final meal is a cup of tuna, ½ cup of red beets, a cup of cauliflower, ½ cup of cantaloupe or frozen mixed fruit, and ½ cup of vanilla ice cream.

This diet is a healing diet. If you are overweight, it will help you lose weight and if you are thinner than you want to be, it will bring you up to a healthy weight.
