Apple Cider Diet
The apple cider vinegar diet has been popular since the 1970s. It is a very simple diet. Basically, what you are supposed to do is drink apple cider vinegar before each meal. This is supposed to help you reduce hunger and food cravings, in addition to speeding up your metabolism.
According to proponents of this diet, the apple cider vinegar contains vitamins and minerals as well as apple pectin, which combined with the acids in the vinegar, speeds up your weight loss. The amount of apple cider vinegar you drink begins with one teaspoon and gradually increases to three teaspoons. Since many people object to the strong taste and smell of apple cider vinegar, companies have begun to sell the vinegar in the form of diet pills. In the pills, the apple cider vinegar is often combined with other beneficial ingredients.
There are often claims that this diet can do more than help you lose weight. In fact, apple cider vinegar has been touted as improving many medical conditions including allergies, asthma, colitis, fatigue, hair loss, and kidney problems.
